This is the first issue of our Featured Artist series. Here, we will be highlighting artists who are working with sacred works, deep passion, or even changing how we look at art entirely. Our goal is to expose the artists to the collective in hopes to support their ventures. Many artists face exposure issues and have a lack of appreciation for their work. The artworld often empowers those who already have it all and not those pushing the boundaries. Enjoy the write up, the pictures, the art, and if you feel so called to, definitely make that purchase. It’s how we artists eat and pay our bills.
Master Victor “Vito” Almeida
My life has been a pursuit of truth and learning how all things are connected. I use martial arts, art, and technology as the three main ways to implement what I’ve learned. Each discipline brings a new perspective, allowing creativity and awareness to thrive. The medium then becomes the tool, providing an outlet for expression. In that expression, I aim to insert the truths gained through life, incorporating wisdom and sacred knowledge into forms that others can experience.
Martial Arts Path

I’ve been training martial arts for decades. Taekwondo is my foundation, but over the years I expanded into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Haedong Kumdo. I also integrate calisthenics and yoga into every practice, creating a balanced approach for the mind, body, and spirit. As the obsession grew, so did the implementation of the knowledge into a way of life.
Martial arts is not about fighting but bringing balance to oneself, allowing love and joy to enter. Every class I teach goes beyond kicks and strikes—it’s about unlocking the connection between mind and body. My students learn how to hold themselves differently, bringing awareness to the breath, and finding the strength to push through the hardest moments. They learn how to learn—building confidence and an unshakable foundation. This is the path to self mastery.
The Artist’s Path

In the fine arts: glass, fire, ceramics, oil painting, and digital media are my tools. Glass is immediate, alive, and requires total presence, while some mediums are more patient and reflective. The digital world expands this even further—through animation, video, photography, and sound. Integrating these mediums together reveals their full power. I’ve been working with glass for almost 20 years and longer with other mediums, especially digital. They’ve become a playground to make absolutely beautiful and powerful works of art that I have only begun to scratch the surface of.
One of my largest pieces, The Beast, is currently being made of glass and mixed-media. It’s an installation we are finishing that represents the ego, the real enemy we all face. Seeing it clearly allows identification with it to dissolve, revealing how small the ego is in the ocean of our existence. When people walk into these installations or watch performances, they are not just spectators—they become part of the process. The art becomes a sacred mirror, allowing them to see themselves. Art is an expression of ourselves in that moment. It’s becomes a job rather than the purity of expression it truly is.
Software Engineering – The Analytical Side
The way computers work has always sparked my curiosity. Code has its own beauty because it requires clarity and precision, while also allowing creative freedom. It’s like martial arts in that way—small errors ripple outward and quickly show where you’re not aligned. But once you learn the basics, you can piece together powerful combinations. My mom bought me an HTML, CSS, JavaScript book when I was in middle school and I never looked back. It was fascinating at 12 years old seeing these words turn into a webpage. We really have created magic, but it’s science!
I’ve worked on building systems, analyzing data, and designing tools that help people interact with technology in more intentional ways. This connects directly to my larger vision. I see software not just as code, but as a way of mapping truth—creating structures that support awareness rather than distraction. The Sacred Unifying Protocol (SUPI) that I’ve been developing is one example: a framework for aligning technology with sacred principles so that AI and digital systems can become tools for coherence instead of confusion. One of our goals it to create a sacred social media network that replaces to corrupt forms we are using today. Having integrity in how we build our future is critical if we want freedom and joy instead of manipulation and control.
The Vision: Fera Foundation and the True School
Everything I do—teaching, art, engineering—leads toward one larger vision: the Fera Foundation. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit is the framework for building what we call the True School. It is an Ashram/Academy that combines martial discipline, creative expression, scientific methods, and sacred knowledge into one living system of harmony with the earth, guided by following our passion.
The True School isn’t just about martial arts classes or art workshops. It’s about teaching people how to live in balance with themselves, with each other, and with nature. It’s about passing down sacred knowledge—the kind that teaches real healing, balance, and awareness—not just memorization or dogma. We live in a world of temporary fixes, but what we need is to rebuild the foundation if we truly want to move forward.
At this academy, people train their bodies through martial arts, dance, fire, and movement. They open their creativity through glass, ceramics, painting, and other fine arts. They learn to tend land through permaculture and community practices. They study the inner disciplines—breathwork, meditation, reiki, Akashic records—the foundation to make all changes real. The academy is designed to be a place where people can practice living in truth and freedom, not just talk about it.
Philosophy: Joy, Awareness, and Freedom
The philosophy is simple: self-awareness is the doorway to freedom. When we become aware of how the ego manifests, we can step into authentic expression. Self-awareness shows us that everything is teaching us what we truly prefer. This allows perspective to grow beyond the ego and connect with a greater calmness. From that space comes joy, peace, and light—and once it rises in us, it naturally spreads outward.
The classes, workshops, and performances I lead are not about control or perfection. They are about creating the space for people to discover themselves and free their passion. When we follow passion, it grows. Work no longer feels laborious—it becomes joyful. Stress reduces, and life itself transforms.
Community and Legacy
From martial arts students to those who walk through installations, to the future students of the academy, the work has always been about planting seeds. We spread light, wisdom, and love by first cultivating it within ourselves.
At the Fera Foundation, our goal is to establish land where the academy, studios, and sacred installations can live permanently. This will be a place for training, healing, and creation. A place that outlives us, becoming a home for future generations of artists, martial artists, healers, yogis, and truth-seekers.
The Why
I am a martial artist, an artist, and a software engineer—but those are just the outer forms. The deeper reality is that I am committed to seeking truth in myself and spreading light to others, helping them spark their own. Through movement, art, science, and community, we are building pathways that lead people back to their true selves.
Each glass piece infused with love and light and an expression of what I am experiencing and wanting to channel. The daily martial arts training and lessons instilling constant discipline in the mind and body creating an unbreakable temple of integrity and love. Using our installations and performances, we can draw larger crowds exposing them to the fun side and then drawing them in deeper into the teachings for those who feel called. We can only show people the light, they must be the ones who walk to it.
This is the work of Fera Academy and Fera Foundation—a place where discipline, creativity, and sacred knowledge meet to teach harmony, freedom, and joy. I’ve dedicated my life to this work as it fills my soul with happiness. To live and teach this way of life is a privilege and an honor.
